FIS Incorporated was formed in 1996 to provide superior IBM mainframe programming
expertise to its clients.
In addition to mainframe programming, to assist clients in the relational database environment, a Java application
'DBUtility' has been developed to provide:
- Simple script execution of stored procedures.
- Volume/stress testing stored procedures.
- A relational data comparision utility that compares data held in system or data tables and report the differences.
- A data transfer utility, such as needed for copying test records from one environment to another.
DBUtility has proven itself in the DB2 environment. It is undergoing continous development to add new capabilities
and is being tested against other database systems such as MySQL and Oracle.
